Mult Leads Terms of Use.
Terms governing registration, purchase, and responsible use of the product. Effective September 8, 2026.
Service and limits
Mult Leads organizes lead discovery, contacts, and commercial opportunities. Features and limits depend on the purchased package. Sales, replies, or uninterrupted third-party availability are not guaranteed.
Responsible use
The customer is responsible for lawful data sourcing and use, applicable legal basis, opt-outs, privacy law, and Meta/WhatsApp policies. Spam, fraud, harassment, and bypassing controls are prohibited.
Suspension
Access may be suspended for non-payment, security risk, abuse, or violation of these terms. Suspension does not erase valid financial obligations already incurred.
Third parties
Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Mercado Pago, Stripe, and infrastructure providers have independent rules and availability. Mult Leads does not control their rejections, restrictions, or outages.
