Cancellation and Refund Policy.

How to request a cancellation or refund review. Effective September 8, 2026.

Request

Contact WhatsApp +55 51 9473-5407 with the purchaser identity and order reference. Identity may be verified to prevent fraudulent requests.

Mandatory rights

Mandatory consumer cancellation or cooling-off rights are honored where applicable under governing law.

Review

Eligibility considers purchase date, payment method, activation, service use, fraud, duplicate payment, and legal obligations. This policy does not reduce non-waivable rights.

Processing

When approved, the refund is requested through the original provider. Credit timing depends on Mercado Pago, Stripe, the bank, or card issuer.

Resellers

Payments made directly to a reseller must be handled with that reseller, without limiting applicable rights. Payments made directly to Mult Leads follow this policy.

Termination

Cancellation stops future renewals when applicable but does not automatically erase records required for security, law, or legal claims.
