Minimum rules for responsible use of lead capture, contacts, WhatsApp, and intelligence features. Effective September 8, 2026.
Communications
Do not use Mult Leads for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal content, discrimination, malware, or repeated contact after opt-out. The user remains responsible for the final manual WhatsApp send.
Official platforms
Meta campaigns require a valid channel, template, and permissions. Bypassing policies, limits, reviews, or restrictions imposed by Google, Meta, WhatsApp, or providers is prohibited.
Security
Do not access another account, manipulate tenant, quota, license, or role, abuse automation, overload APIs, or exploit vulnerabilities without authorization. Report security findings to support.
Content and files
Do not upload malicious, executable, illegal, or rights-infringing files. The customer is responsible for content stored, prepared, or sent.
Enforcement
Violations may result in limitation, suspension, or termination while retaining evidence required for security, investigation, and legal compliance.
